Will Dearman

Founder & Principal

Will founded Dearman Ventures in 2007 and presently serves as Principal. In that role, Will directs all aspects of the Firm's private equity investment and consulting services.

Prior to founding Dearman Ventures, Will served as a commercial Credit Products Underwriter for Bank of America's middle market Commercial Bank in Austin, Texas. As Credit Products Underwriter, Will structured and approved large commercial loans. At his role at the Bank, will received extensive training in loan structuring, business analysis and financial modeling.

Will resides in Austin, Texas with his wife Cara and dogs Beck and Lucy. He serves on the Executive Board of the Central Texas SPCA. Will is active in the Austin community and was most recently selected for Leadership Austin's "Emerge" program for developing emerging community leaders.

Will received his undergraduate degree in Business with a minor in Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
