The Learn Financial Modeling is a three day course covering all primary aspects of financial modeling for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales, and restructuring. The focus of the course is to provide participants with hands on experience applying theoretical finance methodologies by building advanced financial models in Excel. Participants are expected to have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and corporate finance.

Three types of models are developed by the participants in this curriculum:

• Discounted Cash Flow
• Merger Consequences
• Leveraged Buyout

The curriculum also applies the models to develop valuations.
